All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to The Big Screen Warehouse shipping policies.

In the rare event that your order does not arrive, please notify The Big Screen Warehouse of the lost items within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail or delivery of product, whichever occurs first.

Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return a product purchased from The Big Screen Warehouse, please send an email within 15 days of receipt to arrange for service or replacement. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be emailed to you with instructions for return. Items returned to The Big Screen Warehouse without an RMA may not result in credit to your account.

As a general rule, The Big Screen Warehouse does not offer refunds for returns. We will glady repair or exchange with a same or similar item based on availability. In the event a refund is granted, The Big Screen Warehouse will send the refund within 14 days of receipt of product returned in satisfactory condition.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges unless the product in question is defective. Under no circumstance will credit be granted for computer software, video games, prerecorded videos, DVD software and music where these items have been opened. Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed.
